Good to know
How cloud words are counted
Each Chinese, Japanese or Korean character counts as one word; other text counts by words. Your words reset on the 1st of every month (UTC), and unused words don’t carry over.
Lifetime
One payment gives you the same 100,000 cloud words every month for as long as MioType Cloud is offered.
Renewal and cancellation
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time in the app under Account → Manage subscription; you keep cloud access until the end of the period you paid for.
Currency and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Taxes are calculated at checkout and may vary by country.
Refunds
Any purchase or renewal can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked.
Who processes payments
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it processes payment, handles taxes and invoices, and provides customer service for orders and returns.
